“Visitors” Informative Text on Protection of Personal Data

According to the Law no. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Alanar Meyve ve Gıda Üretim Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Alanar) is the data controller since it processes the personal data related with you.

Pursuant to article 10 of the Law governing the Obligation to Inform, data controllers are obliged to inform data subjects whose personal data are processed by them on specific issues.

This informative text has been prepared with the purpose of fulfilling the said legal obligation and in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed for the Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform as published by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Definitions

According to the Law no. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data:

Personal data means any and all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;

Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data, whether by automated means in part or in whole, or non-automated means that are a part of any data recording systems, such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, revision, disclosure, transmission, transfer, acquisition, retrieval, classification or blocking the use of such data;

Data subject means the natural person whose personal data are processed;

Data controller means the natural or legal person that determines the purposes and means of processing of personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system;

Obligation to inform means the obligation of the data controller or its authorized person to inform data subjects about the data controller’s identity, the purposes for which personal data will be processed, the persons or parties to whom and for which purposes the processed personal data will be transferred, the method and legal reasons of collection of personal data, and the other rights listed in article 11 of the Law at the time of collection of personal data.

Data Subject

As the person whose personal data are processed by Alanar, you are hereby defined as Visitor since you visit our website and accepted as the Data Subject by and under the Law.

Data Controller

Alanar that determines the purposes and means of processing of personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system is the data controller.

For the purpose of conducting storage and archiving activities

 

with reference to the Internet Law (Article 7/2) in the Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasting in the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes committed through Internet Broadcasting;

Name, Surname, Turkish Identity No., Telephone Number (Mobile), E-Mail Address, Password, IP Protocol Used, User Name, Page Visited, User Login Time, Destination IP Address, Source IP Address and Port Number, User ID, Start of Use Time, End of Use Time, Amount of Transferred Data and Last Login Time
Since it is required in order to allow the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation under Art. 5/2ç of KVKK
For the purpose of conducting storage and archiving activities

with reference to the Employer’s General Obligation regarding Occupational Health and Safety (Article 4) as specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331;

for the purpose of creation and monitoring of visitor records

with reference to the Employer’s General Obligation regarding Occupational Health and Safety (Article 4) as specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331;

Name, Surname, Turkish Identity No., Name of the Employer Institution and Time of Visit

 

Since it is explicitly stipulated in the laws in accordance with Art. 5/2a of KVKK
For the purpose of conducting storage and archiving activities

with reference to the Internet Law (Article 7/2) in the Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasting in the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes committed through Internet Broadcasting;

Transaction Security (Connection Time, IP Protocol Used, Page Visited, Connection End Time, IP Address, Amount of Data Transferred, etc.)

Transfer of Your Personal Data

If your personal data are requested within the framework of Art. 28/1 of KVKK, such data may be transferred to the relevant authorities without the obligation to inform and without any need for your explicit consent.

In addition, if your personal data are requested in cases explicitly specified in the laws for any unforeseen situations, such data may be transferred to the authorized public institutions specified in the laws (administrative authorities such as ministries, Presidential boards, etc.) within the scope of the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law.

Your personal data are not transferred to any authority, person or institution without the obligation to inform and without your explicit consent, except for our legal obligations.

Your Rights related with Your Personal Data

Data subjects must firstly apply to the data controller in order to exercise their rights related to their personal data. Pursuant to article 14 of the Law, data subjects may not file a complaint directly with the Personal Data Protection Board.

Pursuant to the Law, you can exercise the following rights related with your personal data:

  1. a) To learn whether your personal data are processed or not;
  2. b) If your personal data are processed, to request information regarding such processing;
  3. c) To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether your data have been used for intended purposes;

ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred at home or abroad;

  1. d) To request for correction of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
  2. e) To request for erasure/deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist;
  3. f) To request for notification of such actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred;
  4. g) To object to the analysis of your personal data processed, exclusively by automated means or systems, which leads to an unfavourable consequence for you;

ğ) To request compensation for any loss or damage that you have incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data

Method for Application to the Data Controller

You can submit your application as follows:

by sending it in writing to Kültür Mahallesi Budak Sokak Tekfen Sitesi D Blok No:2 Beşiktaş / Istanbul;

by sending it from your registered electronic mail address to the registered electronic mail address of alanar@hs02.kep.tr;

by using secure electronic signature or mobile signature;

by sending an e-mail to the address of info@alanar.com.tr, using your electronic mail address already registered in our system.
