Manisa Çayköy orchard is a modern fig orchard established in the season of 2019 over an area of 41,3 Ha and at 500 m altitude with the high-quality Bursa Black variety having a long shelf life and produced for exports.

In 2021, efforts have been started to establish an orchard with the new Blueberry sapling varieties planted in pots in soilless environment under cover over an area of 1,25 Ha.
